Customer Experience (Internship) responsibilities are:

Communicate research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development) to drive improvements in customer experience.

Design and implements in-App marketing by displaying marketing messages to customers within an app as they are using the app to engage and communicate with currently active users.

Doing behavioral segmentation marketing strategy so as we can; Personalization (Understanding how to target different groups of customers with different offers); Predictive (Historical behavioral patterns help predict and influence future customer behaviors and outcomes); Prioritization (Identifying high-value prospects with the greatest potential business impact); Performance (Monitoring growth patterns and change in segments).

Customer Experience (Internship) requirements are:

Final years students or freshgraduates from reputable university majoring in Business, Computer Science or another field

Have out-of-the-box marketing campaign strategist ideas in term of inside our application to get more leads

Passionate in customer behaviour analysis, business intelligence, Product Marketing or similar data-centric related role

Having a customer empathize

Excellent oral and written in english communication skill

Strong communication & presentation skills

Disciplined attention to detail
