Customer Service Associate Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to our clients and ensure they are successful on our platform

  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on-site metings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Provide on-the-spot onboarding and training to customers

  • Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention

  • Faciliate periodic reviews with customers, determining new requirements and further success through engaging and consultative discussions

  • Continually gather provide input on product roadmap

Customer Service Associate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing or related field

  • 1 years of relevant experience

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or Equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption and retention

  • Willing to work shifting and weekend

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative skills

  • Loves working with client and thrives on customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to present to C-level executives

  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues

  • Strong team player but still a self-starter

  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environtment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly

  • Willing to work shifting
