Product Trainer responsibilities are:

Conducts onsite and remote training

Partner with Product Team and Customer Success Team to update training curriculum during product release schedule

Manage classroom and participants to achieve goal-oriented outcomes

Report progress of training classes and individuals attending to project teams

Provide feedback on training program content and corresponding support documentation

Assist with the development of instructional content

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Respond to inquiries to assist individuals with "how-to" application issues

Understanding of the business models of software and technology companies (e.g., what drives value, different functional roles within such companies)

Travel 75 - 80%

Product Trainer requirements are:


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Management or related field

At least have 1 years of progressive experience as Product Trainer, Accounts Manager or customer facing role

Must be willing to travel up to 75 - 80%

Experience in a SaaS, software, product-centric or payments business nice-to-have

Experience develop full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, facilitate, monitor and evaluate).

Experience working with SME, Retail Buyers Distributors is a plus

Ability to effectively train users on functionality of technology

Ability to understand and explain accounting aspects within IT solution base

Proven experience in creating documentation and supporting material

Friendly and pleasant voice

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skill

Has good English for both verbal and written

Willingness to work both independently and with a team to deliver high-quality support required

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where change is a norm

Must have a personal reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License

Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara
