Creative Marketing Associate responsibilities are:

  • Perform all accounting operations and ensure their compatibility with accounting principles and regulations

  • Assist in the management of social media channels, posting smart content that significantly ramps up engagement and related goals.

  • Draft, edit and publish social media content in coordination with internal stakeholders.

  • Flag/manage/assist in response to questions that come in via social media channels.

  • Develop and execute social media promotions tied to events, marketing campaigns and PR efforts.

  • Test new social engagement tactics, analyze performance and report regularly on the growth of all social channels.

  • Evaluate new and trending platforms to identify areas for strategic growth.

  • Develop and manage our event marketing program and design unique experiences — online and offline — to build our Paper.id for Business brand and generate demand

  • Test into different online events formats — such as webinars, workshops, and more – to identify and then scale top performing strategies

  • Partner cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team to identify opportunities to leverage events and online experiences to amplify the impact of their programs and campaigns

  • Build and manage a pipeline of influencers aligned with Performance Marketing objectives

  • Measure & evaluate the performance of influencers using analytics tools (ROI, Engagement, Reach), report on results

Creative Marketing Associate requirements are:

  • 2+ years working in marketing role (social media, events, getting influencer)

  • Having solid experience working at B2B2C tech company

  • Ability to analyze social media and website metrics to report on business goals and results.

  • Creative, flexible, gritty and passionate social media expert who looks for ways to smartly experiment while collaborating with others.

  • A track record of growing and engaging audiences in established and emerging social channels.

  • Experienced in briefing creatives and working with content creators to generate high-performing influencer ad content.

  • Experienced in initiating, managing, negotiating & monetizing relationships with influencers

  • Solid project management skills, editorial judgment and writing/editing expertise.

  • Highly organized, structured, and detail oriented. You are an expert at managing complex projects, balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders, sticking to tight timelines, and nailing all the details.

  • A savvy marketer and storyteller. You know what a great marketing brief looks like, you always keep the customer / audience in mind, and you use your marketing skills to up-level our creative outputs.
