What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with the Finance and Operations team to execute payment, bookkeeping, and banking activities. This includes maintaining up-to-date computerized records and maximizing the use of the software system.
  • Manage accounting activities for month-end and year-end closing, adhering to timelines and ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounting records.
  • Prepare digital payment analysis, inputs, and insights to facilitate strategic discussions and resource allocation activities.
  • Organize and ensure efficient and effective daily operations of Digital Payment disbursement, focusing on timeliness and precision.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of two years of working experience in in-depth functional finance operations.
  • Experience and knowledge of day-to-day finance processes, treasury accounting, and financial reporting.
  • An individual with innovative ideas who is confident in suggesting and implementing improvements.
  • A strong drive for professional development and the ability to guide and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across borders with a diverse network of people.
  • Strong coordination, prioritization, resourcefulness, and analytical skills. You should be independent in managing your workload, able to work under pressure, and adept at multitasking.
  • Strong numeracy skills and a detail-oriented approach, with experience working with large amounts of data.
  • A good understanding of financial processes and technology.
