Community and Partnership Associate responsibilities are:

  • Plan and coordinate all community and partnership components and events.

  • Track and report on success metrics, including audience reach, community engagement.

  • Discover, establish, maintain and grow affiliates to promote and educate the market.

  • Work closely with Marketing & Communications to ensure successful implementation of partnerships.

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of community program execution.

  • Work with other teams to identify and execute on opportunities for community growth and integration of community marketing programs into overall digital and brand marketing initiatives.

Community and Partnership Associate requirements are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relation, Communication or relevant field

  • 1 years work experience as a community relation / public relation

  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands

  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara
