Talent Acquisition (Internship) responsibilities are:

Participate in end-to-end recruitment process, especially in the sourcing of high caliber candidates, the screening and selection of ideal individuals

Coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities and assessing

Handling applicant tracking system (ATS)

Build event to employee engagement

Manage careers site

Talent Acquisition (Internship) requirement are:

Final years students or fresh-graduates from reputable university majoring in Human Resource Management, Management Business, Business Administration or any related fields

Have a business acumen

Have a strong background in organization or community, preferably if you have experience in the human resource division or student development related

Great communication skills and time management

Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Well-organized and strong attention to detail

Excellent oral and written in english communication skill

Available for at least 3 months

Willing to work at Sunter, Jakarta Utara
