Head of Sales responsibilities are:

  • Bachelor's Degree from Management, Business, Banking, Accounting and any related fields.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Min. 3 years working experience in sales which focussing on SME or B2B.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self driven
  • Strong Leadership skill
  • Analyze sales figures and devise strategies
  • Preferably Head/Senior Manager/Manager specialized in Sales
  • Highly driven and able to lead and coach a team
  • Have a strong connection on top level management will be a plus
  • Priority experience from Consulting Group.
  • Have a strong partnership sense.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Have a good skill of time management and cross function organizational abilities.
  • Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara


Head of Sales requirements are:

  • Direct and oversee Account Executive organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.

  • Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current team programs.

  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

  • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Manage and coordinate the Account Executive team.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product and align customers' needs and their objective.

  • Reports to VP and top management.

  • Understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
