Qualifications
- Senior-level Program Manager positions may require at least 4 years of experience in project coordination, workflow management, product development, and related roles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is essential. Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management is highly valuable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for an Associate Program Manager
- Program Managers often work with data to track project progress and assess performance
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and managing various projects within the program. This includes creating project schedules, setting deadlines, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time
- Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders involved in the program
- Creating workflow and SOP to maintaining product development progress
- Collect and analyze data related to the program's performance and impact
- Ensure that the program's deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Coordinate the capacity estimation together with Product Manager and End Team/ Engineer Manager
- Drive the discussion during the scope and timeline projection assessment and communicate it to the stakeholders
- Analyze the overall initiatives to see the independencies to other products/program/tribes and align with the respective team/ tribe
